Rally Jira Adapter was showing high number of queue depth

Issue/Introduction

Jira connector was showing a high queue depth in number but the replication was completed. For those showing pending, tried to restart the adapter but still, the Queue doesn't clear.

Only Task-related transactions were only set to a pending state whenever a new story is created in Jira and pushed to Rally using the adapter.

Resolution

Make sure to Clear the nodeip field,  if the Task-related entries are increasing.
