I have a NOC user, that is unable to see any of the UIM alarms, on alarm tab, getting an "advanced filters" field, which myself logged in with the administrator user can't see.
He can't edit any of the fields and other users with similar account roles don't have the same issue. Browser cookies were cleaned, and can't find the reason for this to happen.
