UIM - Operator Console reports returning data access error

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded to UIM 20.32 

Observed every menu on the Operator Console works except the Reports button.

It is returning 

"Data Access Error

 The data required for this page is not currently available"

 

Environment

Release : 20.3.2

Component : UIM - OPERATOR CONSOLE

Resolution

Using public url for cabi server

The external URL of cabi server should be accessible from the OC robot. 

Issue was resolved after adding entry in host file in OC1 and OC2 and CABI server

<Cabi server IP address> <External facing Jasper server name>
