Automation Policies are Slow to Load in the Console when First Clicked

Issue/Introduction

When the customer clicks on an automation policy, it is slow to load.  Some other policies load quickly, and some seem slower than others.

Environment

Release : 8.5

Cause

This can happen because the automation policy may be linked to a report or raw SQL query.  When the automation policy is clicked, the underlying report or SQL is executed in the background.  So essentially, it's running the report.

Resolution

There is no resolution here as this is working as designed.  It would be a good idea to analyze the underlying report or raw SQL to see if it can be optimized or if there any errors being generated when executing.
