User gets redirected to Broadcom Okta SSO login page when trying to access the Broadcom Support Portal

To gain access to the Broadcom Support Portal, you will need to access Rally first (not the Broadcom Support Portal) to force your userid to make some path changes.
Open a new tab and navigate to support.broadcom.com/user (no userid or password will be needed).
Broadcom SSO times users out after 2 hours. So if you've been logged in for some time, the above might not work unless they log out of Rally and back in.
