In an older version of the Operator Console I used to see a "CREATE TICKET" next to the "ServiceNow ticket ID" field in the Alarm view. Currently we are on Operator Console 2.08 HF3 and that button isn't there.
Can you please advise if that function had been removed from the product or do we need to do something to enable it?
