Issue/Introduction

 

IDM console not functioning.  It's giving the following error intermittently.

The user has already successfully logged in but when clicking around the UI it intermittently throws an error:

"Page cannot be found Please check the URL. (iam/im/IdentityEnv/ui7/index.jsp)"

Release : 14.2

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)6 

Access Gateway

Cause

A load balancer is intermittently forwarding requests to a node that is unavailable.

Resolution

Remove unavailable node from the Load Balancer record.
