Is the ACF2 GSO option STC ON|OFF carried through to an IPL?

Issue/Introduction
In the ACF2 GSO record called OPTS, there is an STC Option ON/OFF. Is this option carried thru IPL's ? Stored in the database ?

Component : CA ACF2 for z/OS
Resolution
GSO records are on the ACF2 database and read at IPL time, or when a REFRESH command is issued.
