Issue/Introduction

When installing Service Management, the error code CASM17001 is shown:

There is no clear indication of what CASM17001 means and it makes administrators confused about how to proceed.

Service Management 17.1 and higher.

Drive C: does not have enough disk space.

Resolution

The installer itself is not clear, but the drive is running out of disk space.

Make sure all drives used in the installation have enough space.
