Issue/Introduction

Is there a specific release schedule for AutoSys patches, service packs, new versions etc...

Environment

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

Product management's target is to provide a new release roughly every 18 months. 
There is no specific regular cadence for service packs.
Service pack releases are typically based on customer demand/features.
Earlier service packs used to be generated based on high impact install/upgrade 
issues in the installable image along with customer maintenance fixes.
Other than service pack and major/minor releases, product management usually delivers 
incremental/cumulative patches based on sizeable code defects (close to 25 defects) from the field.
