maintenance_mode Option disable

Issue/Introduction

We are not able keep the robot in Maintenance using operator console. The maintenance_mode Option is disable state.

 

Environment

UIM 20.3

Maintenance_mode 20.30

 

Resolution

Maintenance_mode won't show on device level. It will show only on group level. Login as an Administrator user and click on any group name in the groups tab and see if the Maintenance_mode tab is enabled on top right.
