Impact of changing OS administrator's password

Issue/Introduction

For security reasons, we need to change Administrator’s password of the Operating System on which Identity Manager is running on a regular basis.

Is Identity Manager affected by this password change?

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Resolution

Identity Management services do not depend on the Administrator password.

You can change your Windows Administrator password at any time.

There are no concerns related to operating system password change.
