Originally there was an account tied ACL:
That account (in this case test) was deleted, but nothing was changed under the ACL. Users that are tied to that LDAP group are no longer able to login.

Even though when looking at the ACL now:
you do not see the Account Link any longer, it is still there in the security on the primary hub. Select . This will push the current settings to the hub security file. Once completed users should be able to login again.
