We are getting invalid transactions and the reject reason is New Transaction . What does it mean and how to fix them?

The financial workflow works this way.
1. When you submit a timesheet and then run Post Timesheets job, ALL transactions will end up in the Invalid Transactions screen. Sometimes the name may be misleading.
2. Once you have done this, you run the Post Transactions to Financial job and it moves all valid transactions to the next table. The ones that have not been valid will remain in the Invalid Transactions page with an explicit reject reason for you to fix.
3. Lastly, the Post to WIP job must be run to Post all the financials correctly.
If you see them as New Transactions that means that there is nothing wrong with them and they are ready to post. At this point the Post Transactions to Financials job has to be run to move them further.
