Is S TSS,,,REINIT Effective If Top Secret Started Task Uses STEPLIB?

Issue/Introduction

Maintenance was recently applied for Top Secret 16.0. The action on the PTF says do F LLA,REFRESH then restart TSS with a REINIT. The Top Secret started task has a //STEPLIB DD statement that points to the Top Secret CAKOLINK library. The same CAKOLINK library is also specified in the linklist. Will the REINIT be successful?

Resolution

After doing the F LLA,REFRESH and temporary shutdown of Top Secret, the REINIT (S TSS,,,REINIT) will work in this case to pick up the maintenance. 

NOTE: Using a STEPLIB in the Top Secret startup proc is not recommended. When a STEPLIB is used, the following warning message is issued at startup:
