Issue/Introduction

Attempting to view Access Role Members / Administrators, some of the roles show an exception.
For other Access Roles, the task works as expected

Environment

Release : 14.x

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Cause

Missing a well known attribute definition

Resolution

Make sure Directory XML includes the well known definition ie

  <ImsManagedObjectAttr physicalname="otherHomePhone" description="Used as a constraint for IM access roles" displayname="Access roles" valuetype="String" multivalued="true" maxlength="0" wellknown="%ACCESS_ROLE_CONSTRAINT%"/>
