After upgrading the Windows Agent, JOBS that look for running PID's on the host no longer return results, even after logging into the box confirms the process ID's are running.

This has been seen when, as part of an upgrade, the hostgroup that activates the jobs moves to the backup host and is running the search for process id's on the incorrect system. Confirm the host the JOBS is activated on is the same one being logged into.
