When downloading maintenance using CSM a message that the product is not available for site ID occurs

Issue/Introduction

Attempts to  download maintenance via CSM and get the following error:

The product CA Workload Automation Restart Option for z/OS Schedulers - MVS at release 11.0 is not available for the following site IDs: nnnnnn,nnnnn, etc 

The message may be an indication that the product list in CSM needs to be updated.  

Environment

Release : 11.0

Component : CA-11

Resolution

The message may be an indication that the product list in CSM needs to be updated.  Perform the following in CSM:

--Select the 'Products' tab
--Under the 'Actions' select 'Update Complete Product List' 

After the completion of the update for the product list is done, retry the download for the maintenance.
