Websphere agent not connecting to APM SAAS : telnet is working

Issue/Introduction

We have one agent which is not reporting to APM, and telnet is working to the cloudproxy we are connecting. We have tried with one other proxy which is bluecoat proxy and with that also it is not connecting.

below is the error:

 [WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.ConnectionThread] Failed to connect to the Introscope Enterprise Manager at ,com.wily.isengard.postofficehub.link.net.HttpTunnelingSocketFactory

Agent version: 20.11

Customer upgraded Websphere version
