Are you able to start SARSTC with OPT=NEW in Automation?

Resolution

The client was able to have their Automation team test encoding ",OPT=NEW" onto their PARM table in the DR environment. 

The results to both manually cycling the SARSTC task and to have the SARSTC task start automatically after a scheduled IPL both came out successful.  The task came up on both instances writing reports to a new tape, followed by a backup to a new tape.
