System Started Task JCL Being Collected in Error by View

Issue/Introduction
In their system, system started tasks have MSGCLASS=4, but there is some started task output being collected by View, which is set to collect class 8.
Environment
Release : View 12.2
Resolution
The client's MVS team told him that though generally their started task output generally goes to MSGCLASS=4, that their View SARSTC task output was going to class 8, which is collected by View.
