Filtering a role with a specific Submission Account does not work

Issue/Introduction

Filtering on a Submission account in the Security Roles does not work as expected : there is no way to filter on a specific Submission account when running a Task or an Uproc.

You can either have ALL the Submission account listed or none.

Cause

Security was incorrectly applied within Submission Accounts.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
