Issue/Introduction

JCP and JWP do not start after upgrading 12.2 to 12.3

Log shows:

Resolution

Possible resolutions:

removed the other ojdbc.jar files from the lib directory of the automation engine; ensured only correct ojdbc driver was present in lib dir

updated ownership on org.eclipse.osgi to same owner as user who owns ucsrvwp
