Project Default fields set to required are not prefilled in Board - Create

Issue/Introduction

The field % Complete Calculation Method is not selected when a new project is created via the board, so user must perform additional steps to select the values.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. In Clarity Classic, go to Objects - Projects
2. Set an attribute, i.e. % Complete Calculation Method to have default Manual and to be required in the View
3. Save
4. Now go to Modern UX - Projects
5. Add the field to the Grid
6. Create a new project in the Grid. Note the field is prepopulated to Manual
7. Now go to Board View
8. Click on the + to add a new Board

Expected Results: The field % Complete Calculation Method to be prepopulated in the Board Create view as default is set to this required field

Actual Results: The field % Complete Calculation Method is not selected, which means that it requires the user to do the additional actions to select the values.

Resolution

Workaround: Do not use Board - Create, or fill all the required fields manually

This is DE59612, NAB, it will be addressed by a user story instead, due to the complexity of the fix.
