Casoop service crashing on signal 11 intermittently.

Environment

SMG 10.7.x

Cause

Known Issue, failure to handle connection failures to CAS.

Resolution

The issue occurs only after a connection to CAS is lost or can’t be established. Thus occurs inconsistently or intermittently.

Issue to be fixed in a future version of the Messaging Gateway.
