Issue:

The implementation of CA SCM requires certain environmental setup on a Chinese Windows OS in order for Chinese characters to be displayed properly.

Environment:

CA Harvest 12.x, 13
Windows OS (Chinese)

 

Resolution:

In Windows, NLS_LANG is to be set in Environmental variables -> System variables with the following value:

TRADITIONAL CHINESE_TAIWAN.ZHT16MSWIN950
