Issue/Introduction

A BGP4 PEER SESSION IS DOWN (0x00220013) alarm is not showing the correct IP Address of the peer device. Users may see a random IP Address assigned as the peer device that does not exist in the environment.

Resolution

Engineering has created the Spectrum_10.04.00.D97 patch to resolve this issue.

Additional Information

After installing the patch, before the SpectroSERVER is restarted, you will also need to add the following entry to the <SPECROOT>/SS/.vnmrc file:
