ucybsmcl does not work, complains about CAPKI

Issue/Introduction

Command:

./ucybsmcl -c GET_PROCESS_LIST -h <smgr_host>:<port> -n <phrase>

./ucybsmcl -c GET_PROCESS_LIST -h server.domain:8871 -n uc4

Error message:

Warning: Service Manager communication could not be established in secure mode!
Outdated Service Manager in use or Service Manager with missing CAPKI installation.
*ERROR 2* Pipe returned error

 

Environment

Release : 12.3.X and 21.X

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

• Check that CAPKI is installed on the computer running UCYBSMCL
• ADDED CAPKIHOME to environment:

export CAPKIHOME=/opt/CA/SharedComponents/CAPKI

Now it works:
cd /opt/automic/ServiceManager/bin/
./ucybsmcl -c GET_PROCESS_LIST -h serverxxxx:8871 -n AUTOMIC
