Operator Console errors when using cabi_external probe

Issue/Introduction

We are having some error messages in the Operator Console (OC). Errors include System Component Missing, and Data Access Error, Unable to get CABI info. This is for the cabi_external probe. On our test environment we have the same versions and it is working.

Cause

Resolution

Steps followed:

- In the wasp probe where OC is deployed, added new parameter and value:

cabi_url

http://<jasper_server_name>:8080/jasperserver-pro


- The robot where cabi_external was deployed belonged to another hub, and not the Primary, so we moved the cabi robot to the Primary.


- In the cabi_external probe, we checked that the cabi_url flag was:

http://<jasper_server_name>:8080/jasperserver-pro


Then all of the dashlets were displayed in the Operator Console (OC).
