Issue/Introduction

We have the following error while installing the Layer7_API_PlatformUpdate_64bit_v9.X-RHEL-2020-11-19.L7P patch:

 
  <message> Failed to load user trusted certificates for patch verification: Configuration directory / etc / conf does not exist </message>

  <message> No user supplied trusted certificates for patch verification. </message>

Resolution

This error could occur when there is not enough disk space available on the appliance .

Make sure you do not run out of disk space . by running df -k  and if needed increase free disk space .
