RC=X'04', DETECTED AT OPSMMG+X'000007EE' when accessing the OPS/MVS PARMS panel =4.1.1

Issue/Introduction

When I try to get into =4.1.1, receives below error.

            MESSAGE QUEUE GETMAIN FAILED, RC=X'04', DETECTED AT OPSMMG+X'000007EE'

Resolution

This error typically occurs when the value for REXXMAXQUEUE is set to high.   Recommend lowering the value.
