Does DLP support renaming tablespaces

Issue/Introduction

Need to rename the DLP LOB_TABLESPACE

Resolution

At this time DLP does not support custom names for our tablespaces as "USERS" is supposed to be the default tablespace name and "LOB_TABLESPACE" is supposed to be the tablespace name used for our four largest LOB segments.

Development is considering supporting custom names in a future release.
