There is a member( ÚIXEMBYB) in a load library. This is from a package that was backout and bypassed.
Is there anyway to search Endevor or run a report to find which package this is member came from so I can commit it to delete the member?
Do not delete the member from the library! These members are Backout members.
It is always recommended to COMMIT old packages. Normally packages that have been executed a long time ago are committed.
Endevor has no fast/easy way to link a backout member or old Element(not current level) to a package.
To determine if a backout member is associated to a package that is not committed, use the below:
The above provides a lot of information to wade through for the specific Element/level that was moved(processed).
This is an example of a CONRPT72 and the action summary for a package:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A C T I O N S U M M A R Y
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2 MOVE ENV1 SFTP SUPFTP ASM ASM 0110 STG1 ENDEVOR RC = 0000
ENV1 SFTP SUPFTP ASM ASM STG2 PROCESSOR RC = 0000
CCID: COMMENT:
3 MOVE ENV1 TEST TEST TEST3 TEST3 0106 STG1 ENDEVOR RC = 0000
ENV1 TEST TEST TEST3 TEST3 STG2 PROCESSOR RC = 0000 PREV PACKAGE = FTP
CCID: COMMENT:
In this example it will show that a move was done for the element ASM and level 0110 this is the one I was looking for. Scrolling back in the report will give me the current package name.
