Upon starting OPS/MVS 13.5 on a test system (upgrading from OPS/MVS 13.0) the OPSUSS server address space(s) abended. There was quite a bit of information in the OPSLOG, but copied below is a snippet of the errors. Need to get this functioning ASAP in order to proceed with upgrades and interface with NETCOOL.
OPS3092H CEE3501S The module CEEWUCHA was not found.
OPS3092H CEE3501S The module libroute.so was not found.

I backed out the OPS/MVS r13.5 upgrade and returned the system to OPS/MVS r13.0. I checked the CCLXCNTL 13.5 OPSUSS proc and saw that there were significant changes to the proc compared to what I was using (the same proc as for 13.0, only pointing to the r13.5 libraries), so I would guess that is probably part or all of the problem, however I am not very clear on how to set up the variables in the USSENV00 for r13.5, because we do want to utilize the interface to communicate with Netcool.
Release : 13.5
Component : OPS/MVS
The modules that are not found, CEEWUCHA and libroute.so, are LE (Language Environment) runtime modules that would need to found at execution time on each system/LPAR. Find where these modules are on your system and either add that dataset to the OPSUSS STEPLIB DD or the path/libpath statement in the ENVFILE for the OPSUSS proc.
