Integrated Cyber Defense Exchange error when retrieving logs from Integrated Cyber Defense Manager: Unrecoverable failed request: 415 - Unsupported Media Type

Issue/Introduction

Integrated Cyber Defense Exchange (ICDx) collectors for the Integrated Cyber Defense Manager (ICDm) cloud service halted on the weekend of January 23 - 25, 2020. Attempts to restart the collector resulted in the same error sequence repeating:

Cause

The issue occurred related to maintenance being performed on the Integrated Cyber Defense Manager cloud service over the weekend.

Resolution

The Integrated Cyber Defense Manger cloud service engineering team corrected the underlying issue on the 25th. The error is no longer encountered when starting the collector.
