Can't retrieve robot info in Admin Console after 20.3 upgrade - could not retrieve additional robot details

Issue/Introduction

Hello,

After upgrading to UIM 20.3x, one or more remote hubs are appearing, but we can't retrieve data about those robots or any robots attached to them in Admin Console. We get a error that says "could not retrieve additional robot details for (robot)."

 

This behavior does not occur in Infrastructure Manager.

Release : 20.3 to 20.3.2

Component : UIM - ADMIN_CONSOLE

Cause

2021-01-14 13:04:46,094 ERROR com.firehunter.adminconsole.controller.ACControllerBase:handleException:121 [http-nio-80-exec-4]   - Unexpected error occurred.
org.springframework.web.HttpMediaTypeNotAcceptableException: Could not find acceptable representation

Resolution

This is a known defect which will be resolved in UIM 20.3.3.

We have released a hotfix.
