Problem with Autosys 12.0 during validation of the web service

Issue/Introduction

I just install Autosys 12.0 on a new server (Red hat 8 + Oracle 19c) during validation of the web service I have this error below

Error: E190098 A12 (web services validation) - A connection exception was encountered:

https://X.X.X.X:9443/AEWS returned status 403.

I need to know what is missing or wrong.

Without filling in the field Web Services URL, the server is validating fine.

 

 

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

The web services had IP address in the URL

The autosys was in native security mode

Used the hostname in the webservices URL

Enabled EEM in autosys using autosys_secure

Restarted Application server and the web services

The validation was successful

We were able to execute autorep in the ECLI tab
