Unable to export using PI-gateway Policy Plugin when Gateway is using HTTP OPTION in the configuration

Issue/Introduction

The policy plugin fails to export  when the gateway has HTTP OPTION defined .

run the gradle clean export 

gradle clean export
> Task :export FAILED

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

This is resolved in the policy plugin release 1.03 and later .
