CA PPM Jaspersoft Unable to save dashboard due to an "unknown error occurred"

Issue/Introduction

When users are trying to save an Ad Hoc dashboard. They are getting an error message for "Unknown Error"

User has Roles:

ROLE_ADHOC_DESIGNER,

ROLE_DASHBOARD_DESIGNER,

ROLE_REPORT_DESIGNER,

ROLE_USER

Access rights folder : R/W/D

Steps:

1) Login as user

2) Create AdHoc View with the domain

3) Create Dashboard with Ad Hoc View created in step #2

4) Save Dashboard in the folder having full rights (r/w/d)

===>Result: Getting an error: unknown error occurred

Resolution

Give the following Access on the Folder Level

 Grant access “READ”Resources folder to ROLE Dashboard Designer
