Administrator module is corrupting user records

Issue/Introduction

First I got the error "Unable to add object" when trying to create new users:

E0306000c: Could not create TDEVJKL  object in the SCM repository:

I tried some other administrative functions on user security to see what else isn't working. I tried resetting a password, it failed, now I can't access that ID at all:

E0302007b: A user with the object ID 1111  no longer exists.
E03060006: Could not get object 1111  from SCM Repository.

I don't want to corrupt any more records so I haven't tried anything else.

Resolution

Rebuilding indexes related to HARALLUSERS, HARUSER and HARUSERDATA tables resolved the problem.
