When attempting to update a CI, following error is received - "Owned by CA Asset Portfolio Manager - access is restricted"
When trying to update when using Web Services, the generated error may look like:
INVALID AHD05773:This asset or configuration item is owned by CA Asset Portfolio Manager and cannot be updated.
Service Desk Manager 17.x
IT Asset Manager 17.x
Please note that if you install this option, the users will be able to modify the CI belong to CA Asset Portfolio Management/IT Asset Manager.
If Service Desk mdb is shared with CA Asset portfolio Manager/IT Asset Manager you should consider not enabling this option.
