Costs do not calculate if Matrix currency is different than project currency

Issue/Introduction

When the currency on the matrix row (ppa_matrixvalues) is something other than the currency identified for the project's entity the Allocation Cost as well as ETC cost and ACWP do not calculate when the Full Rate Matrix Extraction job is run

(Options 1,2,3 or 2,3)

Release : 15.6.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Cause

Reported as DE59570

It appears when the Rate Matrix Extraction job is run, if the currency for the matrix row is different than the project currency the rows may not populate in the corresponding table.

Resolution

DE59570 is resolved in 15.9.2

Workaround:

Run the rate matrix extraction job in this order

1) Run it with only option 2 selected ( Prepare Rate Matrix Data )

2) Run it with only option 3 selected  ( Update Rate Matrix Data )

This should populate the rows correctly and calculate the rates correctly.

Running the full Rate Matrix Extraction job will not remove the rows once they show.
