Sysview PMO for DB2 (IDB2) experiencing severe degradation for DB2 data sharing groups (option 1, and option 5)

Issue/Introduction

In IDB2 selecting active threads using wildcard Db* for ssid encounters severe degredation, and when finally resolved only shows the primary ssid.  This also applies when in option 1 system statistics when selecting ds group.

Environment

Release : 20.0

Component : CA SYSVIEW Performance Management Option for DB2 for z/OS

Cause

The cause of the degradation is unknown.  However, the DC tasks had not been cycled for a while.

Resolution

Cycling the IDB2 tasks corrected the degradation condition.
