Error to create new webhook configuration

Issue/Introduction

When trying to create a new configuration - press the “+”, the popup tries to load but immediately closes. Also when amending configurations it will often close the pop up window before it's finished.

Environment

Release : 18.1

Component : BRIDGE FOR GIT 2.4.4

Resolution

The popup closes when user click outside the edit popup window. This is the result of the framework currently being used for the frontend.

Development team add an item in the backlog to enhance the frontend, this issue will be fixed in the future release.
