The cause of the warning message is because the installation of the event log manifest is failed. This registration is required to route PAMSC audit events to the Windows event log channel. This feature is not available on Windows 2016.

The warning message problem will be fixed in the next release. The fix for this issue will be in the installation process so that there will no registration of event log manifest on Windows 2016 machines, as this is not required in Windows 2016.
