Issue/Introduction

After the maintenance is applied, the following message is displayed during the start of vantage:  

ACF99913 ACF2 VIOLATION-00,00,userid,ADMVOL,ADMDSN
ACF90913  -DATASET CANNOT BE OPENED; AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED.

In the VKGPARMS the parameter SECURITY=Y is set and the parameter SECURRES=N is set. 

According to the error message:

ACF99913 ACF2 VIOLATION-00,00,userid,ADMVOL,ADMDSN
ACF90913  -DATASET CANNOT BE OPENED; AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED.    

The user userid does not have access to the dataset ADMDSN .

The ACF2 administrator should give to userid the authorization to access this dsname.
