After the maintenance applied, the following message is displayed during the start of vantage:

ACF90913  -DATASET CANNOT BE OPENED; AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED.

To have more explication about the security and vantage please find:

Configure Security

In your VKGPARMS you have SECURITY=Y

SECURRES = N .

As the SECURITY is set to Y , SECURRES is set to N and 

according to the error message

ACF90913  -DATASET CANNOT BE OPENED; AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED.    

the user SAMP01TE does not have access to the dataset STRG.O01055.DXSYST.D2014012.T133052 .

ACF2 administrator should give to SAMP01TE userid the authorization to access at this dsname.
