Issue/Introduction

After the maintenance applied, the following message is displayed during the start of vantage:  

ACF99913 ACF2 VIOLATION-00,00,userid,ADMVOL,ADMDSN
ACF90913  -DATASET CANNOT BE OPENED; AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED.

Resolution

To have more explication about the security and vantage please find:

Configure Security

In your VKGPARMS you have SECURITY=Y

SECURRES = N .

As the SECURITY is set to Y , SECURRES is set to N and 

according to the error message

ACF99913 ACF2 VIOLATION-00,00,userid,ADMVOL,ADMDSN
ACF90913  -DATASET CANNOT BE OPENED; AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED.    

the user userid does not have access to the dataset ADMDSN .

ACF2 administrator should give to userid the authorization to access at this dsname.
