Error 401 - Unauthorized using Add and Select More button in Classic timesheets

Issue/Introduction

Users are getting an error 401 when using the Add and Select More button on the Classic UI timesheets

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
Prerequisite: The user you log in with to reproduce the issue does NOT have the global Timesheet - Edit - All access right.
Use a user with all global rights except the Timesheet - Edit - All access right.

1. Ensure the Clarity user you log in with is able to enter time against incidents
2. Add the user as team member of some OtherWork instances and some projects
3. Ensure the Track Mode is set to PPM and is Open for time Entry
4. In Classic UI, go to the timesheets list
   • https://myserver/niku/nu#action:timeadmin.timesheetBrowserReturn
5. Open a timesheet for the user
6. Click 'Add Task' button
7. Select a task and click on Add and Select More.
   • You can select and additional task. This is OK
8. Click on Add Other Time, select an OW instance and click on Add and Select More

Expected Results: To be able to add another OW instance.
Actual Results: Error 401 - Unauthorized. You are not authorized to view the page. If you are sure you have access, try logging in again or contact your system administrator. 
Even you get the error, the OW instance is added.

    9. Back on the timesheet, click on Add Incidents/Other
    10. Select an available incident and click on Add and Select More

Expected Results: To be able to add another a second incident instance.
Actual Results: Error 401 - Unauthorized. You are not authorized to view the page. If you are sure you have access, try logging in again or contact your system administrator. 
Opposed to what happens with the OW instances, the incidents are not added.

Additional Information

If you are using older Clarity releases, you might face the same error on the timesheet area:
