ON UIM found the alarm
You have exceeded your QoS license by XXXXX objects.
In Primary hub>License> Does it shows perpetuals or some thing else ?
Check in HUB gui > Does license is perpetual or somethin else
If both are perpetuals then check hub.cfg file
if hub.cfg file shows the license Key entry , then it might be wrongly updated while upgrading from older version . As post 9.2.0 version there is no license needed for UIM

In Hub.cfg file of all the hub servers (pri and secondary)
restarts the hubs.
This should resolve the issue .
In case , entries are not perpetual then open a case .
