Issue/Introduction

 xendesktiop v4.24 monitoring Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop versions ? v7.15

 

Xendesktop is not able to gather all data enabled and is generating errors as below:

jan 04 12:40:58:403 [Data Collector - xxx.xxx.net, xendesktop] Failed to collect data for monitor 'xxxxxxx.ICA Session Latency'. Updated value will not be available.: Lookup failed for value of monitor '"ESC:DESKTOP:xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx01.net::xxxxxxxR\xxxxxxxxx::DESKTOP"."ICASessionLatency"'. GUI will not display current value or severity. Will try again next polling cycle.

Cause

Issue in the probe code

Resolution

The package xendesktop-4.2.5-20191115.102031-2.zip resolves this issue.

Deploy this version and monitor for errors and see if the QOS is gathered.
