Unable to see bg-dwh.log after DWH job failure

Issue/Introduction

We need to review the BG-DWH logs to check the DWH job failure. However the log file is not available in the dropdown at below location. Can you please check and help.

Component : CA PPM SAAS INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE

Resolution

Click on RESTORE DEFAULT LOGGER CONFIGURATION from the Edit configuration page to restore to default out of the box logger configuration.
